Accounting

Monthly rent payments are due the 1st day of the month and should be made payable to DRC Industrial CBC I, LP; DRC Industrial CBC II, LP; DRC Industrial CBC III, LP; DRC Office CBC, LP; or DRC 17 Mountain View, LP and mailed to:

                        P.O. Box 31001-2320

                        Pasadena, California 91110-2320

Rent statements are mailed out on or before the 25^th of each month.  Rent is due on the 1^st of the month.  In the event your check is not received by the 1^st a late fee is automatically applied to your next statement.  If you would like your statement to be sent to a particular individual or out-of –town office, please notify us in writing, so we may program our computer accordingly.
