The company you select to move your furniture into the building must communicate in advance with the Property Manager to determine procedures and to also insure the availability to the office suite or building. They must also supply the Property Manager with a current insurance certificate. Please have your movers call the Management Office at (909) 796-0183 to receive our insurance requirements.
It is advisable and recommended that your selected mover visit the building prior to your moving day so they are familiar with the route of travel, as well as the required floor and wall coverings they will need to provide and install over existing flooring and walls in the building.
In making your arrangements, please note that the tenant or mover is responsible for removing all trash and packing associated with the move to the building and is liable for any damage to the building or surrounding property caused by or resulting from any acts of negligence on the part of the mover, his employees or agents.
